Launch Lab

By submitting an idea through Launch Lab, you ("Submitter") and Rob Hudson ("Recipient") agree to the following terms:

Confidentiality

• Recipient agrees not to disclose Submitter's idea to third parties without permission
• Recipient agrees not to pursue Submitter's idea independently without Submitter's involvement
• Submitter agrees not to disclose any feedback, scoring, or evaluation received from Recipient

Exceptions

This agreement does not apply to information that:

• Is already publicly known
• Was already known to the Recipient before submission
• Is independently developed without use of the confidential information

Duration

This agreement remains in effect for 2 years from submission date.

No Obligation

This agreement does not obligate Recipient to enter into any business relationship with Submitter.
