By submitting an idea through this site, you (“Submitter”) and Rob Hudson (“Recipient”) agree to the following terms:

Confidentiality

• Each party agrees not to disclose the other party's confidential information to third parties without permission
• Recipient agrees not to use Submitter's confidential information to develop a competing product or service
• Submitter agrees not to disclose any feedback, scoring, or evaluation received from Recipient

Exceptions

This agreement does not apply to information that:

• Is already publicly known
• Was already known to either party before submission
• Is independently developed without use of the other party's confidential information
• Relates to a concept, market, or problem space that either party was already exploring or working on prior to submission

Prior Work

Recipient may already be working on ideas similar to what Submitter describes. Nothing in this agreement restricts either party from independently developing products or services in the same space, provided they do not use the other party's confidential information to do so.

Duration

This agreement remains in effect for 2 years from submission date.

No Obligation

This agreement does not obligate Recipient to enter into any business relationship with Submitter.
